چکیده
Abstract Vitamin D 3 and iron are important components of a balanced diet. Supplementing meals with these is essential to support the recovery humankind’s malnutrition. It necessary develop effective delivery systems ensure high bioavailability hydrophobic components. For this purpose, emulsions were prepared based on hemp seed oil soap nut extract ( Sapindus mukorossi fruits) as natural emulsifier. To characterize differences in properties depending content phase emulsifier, measurements performed determine following parameters: color characteristics, transparency samples, infrared spectrum, particle size distribution, polydispersity system, rheological emulsions. The results showed that highest stability was observed relatively low concentration, i.e. , 1%. These samples also had an average not exceeding 200 nm. In turn, significantly reduced dynamic viscosity At same time, microscopic observations indicated presence advantageous, only because possibility providing vitamin but hydrophobicity particles. Therefore, realized research made it possible identify optimal emulsion composition. created system can find applications delivering dietary supplements such by dispersion stability.

The Composition of Hemp Seed Oil and Its Potential as an Important Source of Nutrition
The fatty acid and natural product content of hemp seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS and LC-MS. The presence of linoleic acid (LA) and -linolenic acid (LNA) were confirmed in their previously reported ratio of 3:1 LA:LNA. The presence of -caryophyllene (740 mg/L), myrcene (160 mg/L), -sitosterol (100-148 g/L) and trace amounts of methyl salicylate was observed in the oil which had not been previou...

Background: Mercury in any form is poisonous and mercury toxicity most commonly affects the nervous, gastrointestinal (GI) and urinary systems. The aim of this study was to investigate the specific effect associated with mercury toxicity and to evaluate the effectiveness of iron and vitamin B6 supplement on mercury-induced toxicities in rats. Methods: This experiment was performed on 25 rats...
متن کاملFormulation and In-vitro Evaluation of Tretinoin Microemulsion as a Potential Carrier for Dermal Drug Delivery
In this study, tretinoin microemulsion has been formulated based on phase diagram studies by changing the amounts and proportions of inactive ingredients, such as surfactants, co-surfactants and oils. The effects of these variables have been determined on microemulsion formation, particle size of the dispersed phase and release profile of tretinoin from microemulsion through dialysis membrane. ...
